The following instructions are to be followed at Our Giving Page at the Penn Medicine Website.

1. Visit Our Giving Page at the Penn Medicine Web Site
2. In the upper left of the page, click on Donate Now!
3. Complete the form with your name, contact information, and donation amount
4. Before clicking Continue, click on the Find A Person button at the bottom left
5. Enter the name of the "Sponsor Me" Athlete that you wish to sponsor, and click Search
6. Once you locate the "Sponsor Me" Athlete that you wish to sponsor, click on his or her name
7. Click on Continue and complete your donation
